American Politics – A Circus of Political Theatre

We have been inundated by the incompetence of Big government. From the scandals of Fast and Furious, IRS targeting, NSA spying on its own people, to the VA, Bengazi, and the failed leadership on ISIS and Ebola. Simply put, they are grossly incompetent even criminal. The number of scandals and how fast they come about, is dizzying. And in one week we will vote for more of the same – Politics as usual.

The political stage is a game of the elite designed to trap the common folk into going along with their despicable agendas and programs. Turn on any of the mainstream media outlets – CNN, ABC, MSNBC and Fox News – and you will see both Democrats and Republicans engaged in heated verbal ju-jitsu or spin doctoring. The powers that be want you to believe that the Two Party System of American politics is the bastion of freedom of ideas. However intelligent observers of politics note that there is precious little difference, in the big scheme of things, between the two major political parties – Democrats and Republicans. That because it is designed to be so. The battle is designed to divide and conquer the rabble while the political elite continue the political and economic agenda at hand.

Ryan McMaken, editor of Mises Daily and The Free Market writes. “Anyone who’s paying attention can see that party elites get along fine while most of the rancor can be found among the naive rank and file. There’s a reason for this. Regardless of who wins, virtually nothing will be contemplated that might lead to meaningful reductions in regulation, taxation, or the punitive excesses of the criminal justice system. The larger trend in the growth of the state overwhelms any tiny adjustments that DC is willing to make in the present political climate.” [Read More]

This process was summarized by NWO elite insider Carroll Quigley:

“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers.”

I myself, am not fooled by such ridiculous schemes and nor should you. I am appalled at the way in recent years political debate has developed into outright name calling, accusations and behavior’s that one expects in a “Banana Republic.” This behavior is not only now acceptable in the popular culture, it is often encouraged. It is appropriate to “express animus and engage in discriminatory behavior toward opposing partisans.”

The President himself leads the way in this horrid behavior and is more of a circus clown than a leader. Note: I hate clowns and I know of few children who have not cried when seeing one.

When I am asked, what are you? – knowing full well they are asking whether I’m a Democrat or Republican – I respond I’m an American. I’m not being evasive, just stating my politics. I despise both parties and their hypocritical machinations and rhetoric. I’m for America and Americans. I vote my conscience not my political affiliation, which if you must know, I’m Independent.

The problem with American politics is that it is literally corrupt to it’s core. Over the past forty years, power, money and greed have corrupted our elected government officials at every level. What’s most alarming is that the blatant corruption running rampant in Washington is actually being tolerated by the American people.Unfortunately for America, members of both parties act as if their jobs are nothing more than a big political game.

There are few if any good politicians left in American politics. Most of them are more interested in accumulating wealth and power and positioning themselves for a place at the table when the full weight of the New World Order bears down. They used to be representative of their constituents, but now they care not for what the people want but for those who can advance their careers and personal wealth. In a Reason.Com poll, Americans say that 75% of politicians are corrupt and 70% use their political power to hurt enemies. Match this with Congress’s 13% approval rating and the presidents plummeting popularity and you can see most Americans see the problem but feel powerless to change it.

But we should remember what the Framers wrote in the July 4th 1776 Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness… [see full text]
